OPP is looking for a male who met up with a youth he met online.
Police say that in September 2022, an adult male was messaging a young person on a messaging app, resulting in an in-person meeting in the Municipality of Leamington.
Police continue to seek the public’s assistance in identifying the male. The person of interest is described as a white male, over 40 years of age, balding with a grey goatee. The male may be operating a dark grey car with tinted windows.
The Essex County OPP is requesting anyone with information regarding this incident should immediately contact Leamington OPP at 1-888-310-1122, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or leave an anonymous online message at www.catchcrooks.com where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
