The Town of Tecumseh is celebrating 100 years with a 3-day celebration this weekend.
“We are excited to mark Tecumseh’s 100th birthday with a weekend of family friendly activities for the community,” said Gary McNamara, Mayor of Tecumseh. “It is wonderful to be able to gather once again, safely and in person. We hope to see the community come out and celebrate!”
The 3-day event will include activities from across the three historic communities that make up the Town of Tecumseh today. The community is invited to join in all the events and celebrations including tours of Town Hall, Saturday night fireworks, First Nations morning and evening ceremonies – and more.
All events are free. You can find the full list of events at tecumseh.ca/tecumseh100.
