Ajisen Ramen, a Japan-based chain specializing in ramen noodle dishes, has opened up their doors in Windsor.

The ramen soups come in many varieties with options for broth and toppings. There are options for any customer to enjoy, including vegetarian and vegan options.

The chain, which has locations all across the world, brings not only classic and traditionally made ramen dishes to customers, but other Japanese food options to try such as takoyaki, chicken karaage, gyoza, and much more.

Franchisees and couple of the restaurant, Mr. Wu and Mrs. Chen, are enjoying the first few weeks of their restaurant as a soft opening.

The restaurant is open for in-person dining as well as takeout. Delivery options are soon to be available as well.

Ajisen Ramen Windsor is located at 3196 Dougall Ave in SmartCentres South Windsor.  They are open from 11:30 am until 11:00 pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 11:30 am to midnight Fridays and Saturdays. Learn more about Ajisen Ramen on their website here.
