Windsor Firefighters dealt with two house fires on Sunday.
The first broke out in the 1000 block of Albert Road around 7:30am.
Fire crews had it under control quickly, and it was contained to the basement.
The cause is listed as careless disposal of smoking materials, and damage is set at $30,000.
The second fire broke out just before 2pm in the 1400 block of Moy.
It took about an hour to bring it under control.
The cause is still under investigation.
