Amherstburg Uncommon Open Air Takes Place This Weekend

Amherstburg’s Open Air program will close its season with a “little” Amherstburg Uncommon weekend from September 24th to 26th.
The outdoor event will feature outside patios, retail shopping, daily costume contests with fabulous prizes, aerialist performances, music in the park, a fun Niffler scavenger hunt and more.
A release from the town says that as local communities continue to adapt to new and ever-changing regulations, local governments and community partners across the region and country, are pivoting their programs in an effort to support local businesses.
“Flexibility, innovation and balance is vital to invigorating public, outdoor spaces for every citizen and visitor to enjoy while maintaining social distancing and observing the provincial COVID-19 regulations” says town Mayor Aldo DiCarlo.
