Border Road: Section of Outer Drive to Close for Two Years

Starting Monday a portion of Outer Drive, south of Highway 3 will be closed for a period of two years. This closure is required to accommodate construction activities occurring at the east end of the Windsor-Essex Parkway.

Access to businesses and other land uses fronting onto Outer Drive between Highway 3 and South Talbot Road will be maintained during the closure. See above map for access routes.
