City Relaxes Hard-Sided Container Requirement For The Holidays

The City of Windsor will relax the hard-sided container requirement over the holidays.
Residents will be able to place two additional garbage bags out for collection from December 28th to January 10th.
The city asks that you do not place bags on top of pails.
Following those two weeks, residents will once again be required to use a hard-sided container, commencing the week of January 11th.
Residents are encouraged to recycle all wrapping paper and boxes. Paper bags and boxes can be used for any recycling that does not fit in the red box.
