Councillor Kieran McKenzie has been acclaimed as Chair of the Essex Region Conservation Authority and fills the Chair position vacated by Irek Kusmierczyk upon his election to parliament.
McKenzie was elected to Windsor City Council in 2018 and is a member of the City of Windsor Environment, Transportation and Public Safety Standing Committee.
Tackling water management issues and flooding are among his key priorities.
Councillor Tania Jobin of Tecumseh will continue to serve as the Vice Chair.
