The River Canard Christmas Festival took place Sunday afternoon, kicking off with Santa arriving by Canoe as his fans watched from the River Canard bridge.
Santa’s arrival was welcomed with live music and special visits from Frozen characters Anna and Kristoff right behind the Ruver Canard Canoe Company.
