South-facing sign will be visible from down Huron Line
Just in time for the start of school a new rooftop sign on Macdonald Hall has been installed.
On Friday the new University of Windsor sign was completed on the south-facing side, while the crest was installed on the north side of the 10-storey residence tower.
The signs are made of aluminum channel lettering and the UWindsor crest in full colour, illuminated by energy-efficient LED lighting.
The full sign is expected to be finished by Tuesday, and replaces a decade sign that was removed earlier this summer.
