Thousands of people are heading to riverfront to grab an early spot to watch tonight’s fireworks.
While early crows were smaller than last year, likely due to the weather, Downtown Windsor buzzed with excitement.
City of Windsor parking enforcement was keen to ticket anyone parked illegally while the Windsor Police Auxiliary prepared to close key streets at 6pm.
The fireworks begin at 9:55pm.
