There will soon be a new tenant in the closed Sandwich Town grocery store.
According to documents filed with the City of Windsor’s building Department, Dollarama plans to open a new store there.
Plans call for a 1,795 sq ft addition to be built onto the rear of the existing 6,655 sq ft store to house offices, a lunchroom and stockrooms.
The site will also add 12 new parking spots bringing the total to 42.
