In a meeting that lasted just over two hours, the Windsor Public Library Board has voted to close the Ouellette Avenue Main Library and relocate it to the new Downtown Aquatic Family Centre. The new centre was approved by City Council last week, and the final step was for the Library Board also giving the go ahead to move.
