Four people were sent to hospital after a car crash resulted in a vehicle fire in Amherstburg.
It happened around 3:15pm in the 4700 block of 4th Concession North.
Police say that a 2014 Chevrolet Impala, carrying four sixteen year old males, was north bound on Concession 4 Road North, north of North Side Road.
The driver lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle rolled, landing in a farmer’s field.
All four occupants managed to exit the vehicle as it then caught fire.
All four occupants were transported to hospital. Three of the occupants are being treated for minor injuries, while one of the passengers has been transported to hospital in Detroit with serious injuries.
