Late Friday evening, the City of Windsor released the report to go ahead with a business study to build a new Downtown Aquatic Family Centre & Library Complex on the lands known to many as the Western Super Anchor lands.
The entire report is available online here and includes recommendations on closure of city facilities and the input received from the public consultations that were held.
A special meeting of City Council will be held on Monday June 13th to discuss the report.
