A special meeting of Windsor City Council has been called for Monday, November 28th, 2016 at 6pm to discuss the Pelissier Street Parking Garage.
Last week council had voted behind closed doors to convert the retail spaces in the garage to parking spaces.
The meeting takes place in council chambers.
