The Town of Amherstburg has hired Forum Research, a professional market research firm to administer a ‘Citizen Satisfaction Survey’ from April 26th, 2016 through May 2nd, 2016.
The purpose of the survey is to assess residents’ satisfaction with the quality of services offered by the Town and will be used to provide direction in terms of future priorities. The results of this survey will inform the Community Based Strategic Plan.
The Survey will be administered via Computer-Assisted-Telephone Interviewing methodology amongst 300 randomly selected residents of the Town of Amherstburg. To maintain randomness and ensure a statistically valid sample, not everyone in the
community will be contacted.
Residents are encouraged to participate if selected; however, participation is completely voluntary. Residents contacted by Forum Research, expressing that they do not wish to participate in the survey will be placed on a “do not call” list and will not be contacted again.
