My name is Zelda or as my foster family calls me Zelly or even Zelly Boo. They tell me I am the cutest, happiest girl that gives out kiss after kiss! My tail never stops wagging and I can be a cuddle bug. But I also really like to play and go for long walks since I am still young. I am about a year old and I am a Dachshund/ Jack Russell Terrier Mix who weighs 15 lbs. My foster family has two children and the youngest is a toddler. He is a blast to play with and so kind that I love him, so I would do great with kids. I think I would do best in a home with no other pets because I like the attention all to myself. There are three other small dogs in my foster home and I do like to play with one of them.

I am doing great with my potty training and I am fully crate trained. I have been learning my commands and know sit, stay, and come. I am currently working on lie down. I get so excited for walks that I need a little extra leash training but I am really small so I promise I will not pull you over. I am timid sometimes but I just want someone to love and spoil me. If you are that someone I promise to be a happy little companion.
