The City of Windsor continues to tackle blight in the city.
A two story wood frame home located at 468 Langlois Avenue is up next on the city’s radar to tear down.
The home has been visited 7 times by the city for dirty yard complaints and five times for for various complaints related to the condition of the building for broken windows, blowing roof shingles, and an awning about to collapse.
On July 8th a demolition order was issued and served to the owner with a deadline of August 30th.
The total cost to demolish the home is $9,910.
