Flooding is possible in Windsor and Essex County between now and Saturday.
The Essex Region Conservation Authority has issued a Flood Outlook due to the existing wet ground conditions, predicted rainfall associated with showers and thunderstorms today, tonight and Friday.
They say the possibility of flooding exists along watercourses and in low lying areas for the entire Essex region. In addition, due to the potential for high intensity isolated thunderstorms, there is an enhanced possibility of flooding and drainage problems throughout the entire region, especially urban areas, in the specific locations affected by potential downpours.
The flood outlook lasts until Saturday at 9am.
