After being closed for almost two months, Howard Avenue is open at Highway 3 again.
The newly opened section of road is known as Bridge 12 and crosses over Highway 3, as well as over the future Highway 401.
The intersection features a new, permanent stop light, a connection to the roundabout, fresh asphalt and barriers.
