You can now hit the gym downtown with a fully outfitted collection of state-of-the-art equipment now open at the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre.
The new fitness centre on the second floor of the complex includes cardio machines, static bikes and free weights, as well as access to the centre’s pool for length swimming.
The fitness centre is open seven days a week. Options for a variety of memberships and programs are available. Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
