Kingsville Celebrates New Ice With Free Public Skate And Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Kingsville Arena’s Ice Slab project has been completed, and the town is celebrating with a grand reopening on Thursday, October 5th, 2023, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.

The renovation included removing and replacing the concrete ice pad, installing new dasher boards and glass, and replacing the ice rink refrigeration piping system.

All residents are invited to join in for a ribbon-cutting ceremony, hot chocolate and treats in the Arena lobby. Don’t forget to bring your skates, as they will have a free public skate following the ribbon cutting.
