PHOTOS: Tug Across The River Takes Place With FIREFEST
The popular Tug Across The River competition took place Saturday as part of FIREFEST with Detroit winning.
Detroit now holds a 15 to 13 lead.
This tug had traditionally been part of the International Freedom Festival/Summerfest.
