Enwin Restores Power to Remaining Individual Home Outages

Power is back to most in Windsor after last week’s ice storm.
At the height of the storm, approximately 25,000 customers were affected by significant area outages. The majority of these outages were restored by Friday afternoon.
Crews then shifted focus to individual home outages and reports of downed wires. Canvas teams investigated approximately 800 of these reports, where afterwards, it was determined that approximately 450 repairs were required from ENWIN.
As of Monday, the majority of these repairs have been completed. If residents are still without power and they have not been in contact with Enwin, they should call 519-255-2727.
