Lunar New Year celebrations returned to Devonshire Mall with the Essex County Chinese Canadian Association.
Cultural performances, information booths and activities were set up outside of Hudson’s Bay, with the celebrations being kicked off with the Parade of Dragon around the mall. The day is filled with other demonstrations taking place until 4:00pm. Learn more on the Devonshire Mall website here.
