Erie Shores HealthCare wants to hear from you.
They have launched a community engagement survey looking to hear your thoughts on how they can improve hospital services and meet the community’s needs.
The survey results will be used to guide the hospital’s efforts to provide the highest quality care to the community.
By completing the survey, you will also be entered into a draw to win a $50 Tim Horton’s Gift Card provided by the Erie Shores Health Foundation.
