Popeyes is coming to Downtown Windsor.

Work recently began to covert the closed Burger King into a Popeyes.  Burger King closed in January.

This is the second national brand announcing intentions to open in Downtown Windsor.   Starbucks is planning a new location on the corner of Park and Ouellette.
