Watch For Grass Cutting On The Expressway Wednesday

City of Windsor Parks staff will complete grass cutting operations along the E.C. Row Expressway this Wednesday.

Crews will work from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.

Cutting will take place on the centre median, roadside shoulders and on- and off-ramps.

Crews will be cutting from Huron Church Road to Howard Avenue, where construction has just completed. During morning rush hour work will be confined to the shoulder of the road so traffic will not be impeded but during the other hours, some rolling lane restrictions will be in effect.

A complete cut of the entire E.C. Row Expressway will take place at a later date.

Motorists are asked to use extra caution and slow down when seeing workers and traffic protection equipment on or near the roadways.
