The Hive on Pelissier is celebrating the completion of construction.
The five-story luxury residential and commercial building was built on the site of the long-abandoned Don Cherry’s bar on Pelissier Street.
The project is a collaboration of principle developers BK Cornerstone Design Build Ltd., Philip Fernandes Custom Residential Design, and Distinctive Homes & Real Estate Ltd. Brokerage.
