Park improvements are about to get underway at Riverdale Park.
The park located at 1069 Riverdale Avenue in Ward Six will see construction crews replace and install a new three-metre-wide asphalt recreational multi-use trails within the park as well as benches, and garbage and recycling silos, and they will be completing some other general restoration work.
The improvements get underway Monday, June 27th, 2022, and weather permitting will be complete by July 30th.
The park will be closed for safety while the upgrade work is being carried out.
