Leamington is accepting applications for 2022 Community Improvement Plan (CIP) grant funding.
The CIP aims to revitalize uptown Leamington through the provision of financial incentive grants that focus on the maintenance and rehabilitation of existing buildings, the development or redevelopment of uptown properties, including the addition of residential units, the rebate of municipal fees and opportunities to attract and assist new investments and businesses to the area.
Business and property owners located in the CIP area, who are interested in accessing the CIP program are encouraged to arrange for an initial consultation meeting before submitting an application.
Qualifying applications will be accepted up to June 30th, 2022, for the 2022 funding cycle. More information is available, including the CIP area map, on the Municipality of Leamington’s website at leamington.ca/CIP.
