Kingsville Hires New Manager Of Planning

The Town of Kingsville has hired George Robinson as its new Manager of Planning.
Robinson worked for Kingsville previously as a planner and has most recently worked with the City of Windsor, where he held planning positions related to revitalization, policy and site plan approvals. Before that, Robinson worked for the Olympic movement and the City of Edmonton as a Planner.
“George is a well-established Planning professional,” said Kingsville’s Director of Community and Development Services, Richard Wyma. “We’re fortunate to have George return to our Community and Development Services team. He will play a key role in realizing the Town’s strategic vision, providing advice and recommendations to Council.”
He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University and is a Registered Professional Planner with the Ontario Professional Planning Institute.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to contribute to Kingsville’s planning objectives and overall vision,” said George. “I look forward to working with the Development Services Department, Council, and the public.”
Robinson begins his new position on Monday, June 20th, 2022.
