Volunteers Needed To Clean LaSalle Strawberries

In preparation for the LaSalle Strawberry Festival, volunteers are needed to help clean strawberries on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 at 6pm at the LaSalle Fire Service station located at 1900 Normandy Street.
The Town of LaSalle orders about 300 flats of strawberries each June for the LaSalle Strawberry Festival. The strawberries are grown locally at Raymont’s Berries in Cottam.
High school volunteer forms can be signed for these community service hours.
You are asked to park at the Town of LaSalle Civic Centre and walk over. Parking is not available at the fire hall.
The LaSalle Strawberry Festival takes place from Thursday, June 9th to Sunday, June 12th at the Vollmer Recreation Complex, 2121 Laurier Parkway.
