Summer Concerts Coming To Lakeshore Parks

Lakeshore is launching a new Summer Parks Concert Series, featuring a slate of weekly events coming to Lakeshore parks on Friday nights.

Starting next Friday, park visitors can expect family-friendly musical entertainment by talented performers from across the region.

The series will kick off at Lakeview Park on Friday, June 3rd at 7pm with a performance by Midlife Jazz, a five-piece band that will play jazz, pop, classic rock and blues. 

“We’re happy to give our community members and visitors yet another reason to enjoy our beautiful parks,” said Lakeshore Mayor Tom Bain. “This series will make for a summer full of family-friendly fun in parks and communities throughout Lakeshore.” 

To make the most of the events, Lakeshore recommends that attendees bring their own chairs, blankets and insect repellent. Concerts are free.
