Open House Planned And Online Survey Launched For Proposed Kinsmen Norman Road Park Improvements

The City of Windsor is looking for input on Kinsmen Norman Road Park improvements.
An open house is planned for April 13th, 2022, at the Constable John Atkinson Memorial Community Centre from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
An online survey has also been launched. The survey will be open until 4:30pm on April 29th, 2022.
Capital funding for the work is still to be identified; however, Ward 8 Councillor Gary Kaschak will be contributing ward funds to achieve some short-term improvements this year.
Kinsmen Norman Road Park in east Windsor currently includes 1.14 acres of open space and trees.
Some potential amenities could include the following:
- Soccer nets
- Sports court
- Improved pathways
- Shelter
- Lighting
- Benches and trash receptacles
