The Essex Windsor Solid Waste Authority, the the City of Windsor and the County of Essex are preparing a food and organic waste diversion program that will be implemented by 2025.
According to officials, more than 40% of what we put in the garbage is food waste.
They have launched a survey to gather thoughts to help get the best program possible for our area as part of the process.
Help contribute to the planning process by completing this survey.
The survey will be open until May 31st, 2022.
