Saturday Is Doughnation Day At COBS Bread To Benefit Windsor Regional Hospital

COBS Bread Union Square is raising funds for a new Preva Mobile Dental X-Ray machine in the Paediatric Unit at Windsor Regional Hospital.
This Saturday, April 2nd. $2 from every 6-pack of hot cross buns sold will be donated to the cause.
COBS Bread is also matching all online donations made, up to $10,000.
The machine, designed specifically to examine children’s teeth, will replace an older device that is 20 years old. The new x-ray machine will provide state-of-the-art digital dental radiographs to help dentists detect fractures, advanced dental caries, dental abscesses, and other abnormalities.
The current machine at Windsor Regional Hospital is used for 1,300 surgeries annually.
The bakery at 650 Division Road, Unit 111 (in Union Square Plaza) is the first location in Windsor.
