Demolition has begun on a former nursing home in turned commercial property in Riverside.
The building located on the corner of Wyandotte Street East and St. Marys Blvd. is being torn down to make way for a new condo development by Petretta Construction Inc.
The building, which will be known as Circa 21, will be a five-storey building with 43 condo units.
