Town Of Essex Launches Summer Youth Employment Program

Thee Town of Essex is hiring local youth for the summer.
Every year, the Town employs local youth in a wide range of positions, including in planning, maintaining parks and greenspaces, and tourism.
“The Summer Youth Employment Program is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain working experience in a variety of disciplines.” said Brandi Sieben, Manager of Human Resources. “The program allows young people to explore potential career paths in a positive and supportive environment.”
Local youth can find job descriptions and apply through the new online application form available at www.essex.ca/SummerJobs.
Applications must be submitted by February 25th, 2022 at 4:30pm.
Resumes and applications can also be emailed to [email protected] or delivered in-person to drop boxes at Essex Town Hall (33 Talbot Street South, Essex Centre) or the Harrow and Colchester South Recreation Centre (243 McAffee Street, Harrow).
