Police continued clearing the blockage at the Ambassador Bridge on Sunday, just after 8:00am.

Here is a look in photos.

Officers made twelve arrests near the St. Denis Centre field and towed around ten vehicles.

The large contingent of police then marched along Huron Church Road to Tecumseh Road West to clear protesters.

Upon seeing officers approach, and prior to the line’s arrival, protesters left the scene in vehicles.

Officers later trespassed remaining protesters from the Shell gas station plaza at the request of the property owners. Additional vehicles were towed from the lot.

An RCMP officer is pictured with cable tie handcuffs.

Windsor Police communications Sgt. Steve Betteridge speaks to the media regarding the arrests at the protest. In total, 12 people were arrested on Sunday and 7 to 10 vehicles were towed.
