Town Of Essex Relocates Some Town Offices

The Town of Essex is relocating some divisions making it easier for residents to access services at one location beginning Monday, January 31st.

Development Services Department will now operate from the Gesto office located at 2610 County Road 12. Development services, which was previously located at Town Hall, is comprised of
Building Services, By-law Enforcement, Planning Services and Economic Development.

The Public Works and Drainage divisions have relocated from Gesto to Essex Town Hall located at 33 Talbot Street South, bringing all Infrastructure Services Administration under one roof. Infrastructure services consists of Capital Works and Infrastructure, Drainage Services, Environmental Services, and Operations.
