Leamington Death Under Investigation

A death in Leamington is under investigation.
OPP say just before 5pm on Thursday January 27th, 2022 they were called to a wellbeing check at a residence on Sturgeon Meadows Avenue.
As officers arrived on scene, they discovered a deceased person inside the residence.
The Essex County OPP Crime Unit along with the OPP Forensic Identification Services investigated the incident with the assistance of the OPP West Region K9 and members of the OPP West Region Emergency Response Team.
As a result of the investigation, a post mortem ordered by the Coroner concluded that the cause of death is not believed to be suspicious.
