One Covid-19 Case At Stella Maris; One Class Dismissed

The Catholic School board is reporting that they dismissed one class of students from Stella Maris Catholic Elementary School in Amherstburg after receiving notification of one confirmed case of COVID-19 there.

The health unit will notify those students when they are able to return to school.

A voice message to the entire school community was sent home Thursday evening to inform them about the situation, and to notify the parents of those students who were dismissed that they should not send their children back to school until they have received further direction from the health unit.
