The Catholic School Board is reporting COVID-19 cases at three more schools in Windsor-Essex on Sunday.

The board says that one class of students from St. James Catholic Elementary School and one class of students from Holy Cross Catholic Elementary School have been dismissed after one confirmed case of COVID-19 at each school.

In addition one class of students and one bus cohort from St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School in River Canard was dismissed after receiving notification of one confirmed case of COVID-19 there.

A voice message to each school community to inform them about the situation, and to notify the parents of those students who were dismissed that they should not send their children back to school until they have received further direction from the health unit.
