A major residential project is planned for lands behind Tecumseh Mall.

Europro, owners of the mall, is planning on building five, six-storey buildings with 390 units.

Work will also include a proposed roundabout in the mall parking lot and relocation of the Transit Windsor Terminal from behind the mall.

Plans call for a shovel in the ground by early spring once they get the final approval by city council.
