An official ribbon-cutting Friday afternoon celebrated the completion of the new Urban Suites Apartment building located at 11957 Tecumseh Road East.

The Urban Suites sets the new standard for luxury apartment rentals within the Tecumseh area. The three-storey building features 32 units starting from over 900 square feet with one or two-bedroom options and boasts high-end fixtures, finishes, and state-of-the-art appliances.

“This project is a beautiful and timely addition to the heart of Tecumseh. The Urban Suites is exactly the type of community-building development we envisioned when the town set out to reimagine our main street. The opening is a culmination of three years of planning development and construction from Fortis Group in partnership with Bungalow Group.
