Here is a look at ongoing construction projects in the City of Windsor.
Gladstone Avenue:
From Tecumseh Road East to Ypres Avenue as well as Ypres Avenue from Forest Avenue to Walker Road will be under road and watermain construction until November 30th
Lauzon Parkway:
From Tecumseh Road East to Hawthorne Drive will be partially closed until October 20th for the reconstruction of travel lanes, new sidewalk and multi-use trail. The roadway will be reduced to one lane in the southbound direction and one lane in the northbound direction for the duration of the project.
Matchette Road:
From E.C. Row Expressway to Chappell Road will be single lane traffic until July 15th for the road rehabilitation and multi-use trail construction.
Strabane Avenue:
From Riverside Drive East to Wyandotte Street East will be closed for the replacement of combined sewers and road rehabilitation until July 31st.
Cabana Corridor:
From Dougall Avenue to Northway Avenue will be under construction until December 31st.
Cameron Avenue:
From Riverside Drive West to Wyandotte Street West will be closed for the reconstruction of watermain and milling and paving of existing roadway until June 25th.
Curry Avenue Bridge:
At the Grand Marais Drain will be closed to pedestrian and vehicle traffic for construction until June 30th.
Huron Church Road:
Will have lane closed between Tecumseh Road West and College Avevue for the reconstruction of the road and watermain until August 15th. Expect delays.
Labelle Street:
From Dominion Boulevard to Rockwell Boulevard will be closed for road rehabilitation until June 25th.
Tecumseh Road East:
Lane reductions from Walker to Drouillard for gas line work.
