Improvements to the Riverside Baseball Park area that will upgrade the walking pathways, exercise equipment, dugouts and parking lot surface will soon begin.
Users will see signage indicating areas that are off limits once construction begins at the end of this month followed by a complete closure of the parking lot when the final layer of asphalt is being applied in late August or early September. All the improvements should be completed by the end of October, weather permitting.
Construction crews are aware of the current baseball season and will ensure the construction impact is as minimal as possible.
