Essex Breaks Ground On 500+ Unit Residential Development

The Town of Essex has broken ground on a new 567 residential units consisting of single family homes, semi-detached, and townhomes.

The first two phases, currently under construction, will add 135 townhomes and 19 single family homes to the community.

“The Town of Essex is very well located within the Essex County area, it is a great location to commute to all municipalities,” said Peter Valente, President of the Valente Corporation. “The Town of Essex team has been very supportive of our development, helping us overcome many challenges, including some front-end financing to support the development.”

It is located just east of 300 Maidstone Avenue near the Canadian Tire.
